You can’t open the application “Adobe Photoshop 2026” because it may be damaged or incomplete.

I have uninstalled Photoshop 2026.  And attempted to reinstall Photoshop 2026, version 27.9.1.  It won’t install on my Apple iMac desktop computer.  macOS Tahoe 26.5.1.

Any help is greatly apppreciated.

I was finally able to install Photoshop 2025.  Not 2026.  My Premier is working and Illustrator too.

Are you using the CC App to install it?

I attempt to reinstall.  It gets to 47% then quits.  And tells me to “Retry”.  I have done this 3 times now. And installation continues to fail.

Yes, it does.  I’m running macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 on my 24” iMac 2024.  Photoshop 2026 was running fine until I attempted to open yesterday, 8/8/2026.  That’s when I got the error message.
