"You do not have access to the management features applications"

Question

Hi there!

I just subscribe the Student Creative Cloud on my Personal Computer (MacBook Pro (Retina 13 pouces, début 2015)) on macOS Big Sur.

When I open the program to install any application of the CC I can not because of an issue with the access to the management features. However, it is my personal computer and I am the administrator.

I can not solve this issue on my own, can you please help me?

There have been several messages recently about problems with education subscriptions

Also, SOME Adobe programs are compatible with big sur, but they may have issues
