I keep getting a You're disconnected error when trying to access adobe.asstes.com/files.

I'm having this issue too, and I cannot figure it out. Hoping someone will have a solution soon.

Hi @Jamesy@FiftyFifty ,

 

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please tell us which browser you are using? Since when have you been seeing this issue?  Have you tried using another browser? Did you try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference?

 

Also, from the Creative Cloud Desktop Application, please check if you can see the cloud files by clicking on the files tab.
