Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue on Behance: “Your ability to send messages has been disabled.”

I’ve already submitted a request to Behance Support, but it’s been several days without a response. I even subscribed to Behance Pro, yet I still can’t chat with clients.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix it? It shouldn’t be related to sending too many messages since I only send a few.

Same issue im also pro user yesterday it happened when i was talking with client and because of that i cant communicate with my client and thats not good kindly behance team look into this and get it fixed asap thanks

I’ve sent 2 requests but haven’t received any reply. It’s been 3 days and nothing has changed.
