Question

Your Adobe account is just for you?

Hello,

Yesterday evening I received an email stating that my account may only be used on one device at a time. I am a self-employed freelancer and I do not share my account with anyone.

I have a desktop computer and a laptop, and I switch between them depending on whether I am working from my office or from home.

This morning I changed my password as recommended. However, I have now received the same message again, and I honestly do not know what else I am supposed to do.

Could you please explain why I am receiving this warning and what steps I should take to resolve the issue?

Thank you for your help.

go here https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices and deactivate all devices. (make sure only your two computers are listed.)

    enable 2fa, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/secure-your-adobe-account.html

sign in to your two computers.

you’re not alone with this problem.  it’s not clear whether the problem is on adobe’s end or something else is occurring.
