I am trying to delete my Behance profile from years ago, but every time I try to log in I get the message of "Your Company or School Account has been deactivated." And I cannot sign in. I tried to remake my Adobe profile as a personal account as well hoping it would somehow give me access to this profile, but it didn't.

I do not want the Behance profile up anymore. How do I get into my school account if it keeps locking me out on the basis of the school subscription being up?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

this most likely won't be easy to resolve because a school account probably can't be accessed any longer.
