ZIP files being downloaded without extension

Hi everyone!

I and my team upload ZIP files in Creative Cloud. A few days ago, when we download these files, them extension is removed, being recognized by Windows as EXE files. The filenames also are changed to names as "Upload_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS".

Someone with this problem too or with a possible solution? Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry for the delay too. I didn't see your answer at time, but, yes, this problem persists. When I try upload a file throught browser (I've tested on Chrome and Edge), the upload has success, but when my customer goes download it, the filename is changed and it lost the .ZIP extension, becoming a unknow file.
