어도비 크리에이티브 클라우드 페이지를 사용할 수 없음

 순간적으로 알림창이 떴는데 허용이 아니라 거부를 눌렀더니 그 뒤부터 계속 앱 카테고리에서는 페이지를 사용할 수 없다고 떠요. 재설치도 해봤는데 같은 상황입니다. 해결방법 좀 알려주세요. 너무 골치아프고 스트레스네요.

that looks like a problem on adobe's end.  give them one day to fix it.

 

if you want to try to see if it's a problem on your end:

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
