4.5 will not open

I'm running Windows 10 on a Dell XPS desktop and when I click on ADE 4.5, it will not open. I've tried uninstalling and re-install several times without success. I did go back and installed ADE 4.0 and that works. I also tried downloading 4.5 on different browsers and that also did not work. Anyone else have this problem?

    O.o I used 3.0 with Windows 10 because the 4.5 Version not right work with Windows 10.
