53 days on book?

I recently downloaded DE and did not register. On my books, there is an orange strip that reads "53 days" and gets lower every day. will this delete my books after I am done?

    Because no one can know what you have bought for a book or where you have it, you can not answer the question here, unfortunately. Ask where you got the book.

    I'm confused, what should I do? The books are ebook ARCS for Netgalley, a website where you work with publishers and write reviews for them!
