Abode ID problem

I opened digital additions recently for the first time in ages and it asked for an Abode ID. I don't remember ever having one of these so I set one up and opened digital additions but now when I try to open up any of the content I get the message  'document is licensed for a different user account'.

    If you not know the ID which has used for the first open can ask the reseller of the eBook with which adobe id linked the file.
