Access Purchased books from other devices

Installed Adobe Digital Edition on pc

Purchased book and installed on PC = Success

Installed Adobe Digital Edition on Laptop and Mobile

Unable to view purchased book, Adobe states that I can see book up to six devices however I am unable to see book purchased on Second device.

Please can you advise.,
