Hi

I have a new notebook and reinstalled adobe digital editions to read my ebook, I have Adobe digital editions version 4.5.11.187303. I just updated my password succesfully.

 

In the adobe digital Editions, I typed my Adobe ID & password then got a message:

"the vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again"

 

What is wrong with Adobe digital Editions?

      Same here. Happened after I updated my password. I read in the forum that updating to a weak password with only letters and numbers fixes the problem. But it did not for me.
