ACSM error getting licence E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

Hi there,

since some days I am always getting the above error when trying to download ACSM files I regularly bought. I tried to deactivate my licence, delete the registry key and reactivate it but with no results.

I am working with ADE 4.5.1 version on Windows 10, can anyone help me?
