ACSM files showing as incompatible with ADE Mac OS Sonoma 14.6

I have tried removing and re-adding authorisation, uninstalling and re installing. Restarting.

But I am still unable to open any files from Libby in ADE at all, they just show as incompatible or if I try opening in ADE from Finder, I get the error message:
