Activate device for DRM

I recently bought a reader but I can not activate the device for DRM. It's a Tagus Gaia: it's the one from "La Casa del Libro" book shop. Could someone tell me how to solve the problem? Thank you very much.

Hello, I have a Lev from Saraiva (i bought it in Brazil, where I live), and I'm getting something similar: when I transfer the ePubs from the ADE to my e-Reader, I'm asked to synch my Adobe ID with it, but, when I try it, I keep getting the message "Unexpected Error". I've talked with the local Adobe support chat, the international support chat and even with the specialized, but I've got no answers. As of last month, any books that I buy from Google Play that are downloaded in .acsm format don't open on my reader, for my bad.

When I tried to conect I recieved this message: "fallo" (fault)

This seams a error message of the reader. Has you contact the support of the Reader?
