Activation

I downloaded the adobe editions onto my computer as I had upgraded my operating system.  When it came to the screen for activation I accidently hit no activation instead of using the adobe ID.  I now want to put my library books onto my kobo and it won't let me.  is there a way I can go back and re activate it so I can transfer the books to the kobo?
