activation count reset

I've got the same problem as many have already described in this forum. I need an activation count reset (I reinstalled all the programms on my pc and now adobe doesn't recognise that its the same one.)

I would really appreciate if someone from adobe could just do the activation count reset or tell me how I can do it myself.
