Activation error

I recently downloaded Digital Editionsn3.0 on my work computer and purchased a book. I just downloaded Digital Editions on my personal pc and when I try to authorise my computer I get the below error.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Digital Editions. I tried Ctrl + Shift + D when DIgital Editions is launched and that didnt help.
