Activation limit reset needed

I was told to post here to get my Adobe Digital Editions activation limit reset. I was having trouble with my Kobo and wiped it/reinstalled ADE too many times while trying to solve my issue. I haven't been able to use ADE in weeks. Screenshot of error is included.

I posted asking for help over a week ago but no one responded. I was on chat support for 1.5 hours and all they ended up doing was telling me to come back here. I'm very frustrated.
