activation reset

Hi,

I need to reset my activations, unfortunately I had one of the devices previously authorized being damaged and I lost the way to deauthorize properly. Could someone help me to reset or selectively free up the blocked device to retrieve my full 6 devices? I'm using the adobe ID account.
