Activation Server Error

This is the message I am receiving.  I recently had a new hard drive put in my PC.  I have tried allowing Adobe digital editions through the firewall, my date and time and time zone are correct.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I can't erase my authorization with ctrl+shift+d.  How can I authorize this computer?
