Activation server error and Error getting license

I am using Windows 10 and ADE version 4.5.1... and I am having an activation server error. No matter how many times did I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE, I still get this error. Before that, I had the Error getting license and also searched for solutions. Then, it lead to the activation server error. Can anyone help me with this?
