"activation server error" - "code: E_ADEPT_INTERNAL"

I cannot open any of my purchased google books in Digital editions. I recently changed computer, and put the harddisc from the old computer in the new one (as I had just bought a new ssd-disc) - I have an adobe ID, and it says, that my computer is activated. I have tried to reinstall, but when I try to open an ascm file it sais: Error! Check your activation. - ? - There is also an "activation server error" - "code: E_ADEPT_INTERNAL" -I have also tried to Erase the authorization, which is also not possible. - Please help, I need my study books. - Kind regards Majken.
