Activation server error - code E_Adept_internal

My ADE Adobe ID is associated to an old email that doesn't exist anymore.  Today, I can't cancel the authorisation  from this old email to re-authorize it with my new email. The combinaison of my old email and current password doesn't work. I can't access my drm documents on my laptop.
