Activation Server error code: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

Problem with Adobe Digital Editions and Adobe ID authorization.

I successfully authorized two my android devices but failed to do this on my windows PC. Message is as follows:

Activation Server error code: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate2016-12-22T22:48:38-08:00%20(1482475718000)%20is%20before%202016-12-22T23:21:09-08:00%20(1482477669860)

By the way, when i put down incorrect password i recieve the message: incorrect login ID or password.

What should i do in this situation?
