Activation Server error. Code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY

I get this error when I try to Authorize my computer to use Dig Ed - I've used it once before and forgot all about it, but now I bought some ebooks from Google Store and need to convert them into ePub. So, unfortunately I need to use this silly program.

I had to reset my password a few times, but I can't see how that should affect my ability to authorize my computer.

So, how do I handle this error. I have now spent the better part of an hour trying to get a hold of my books!
