Activation server error E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY

I'm trying to authorize my computer (MAc , EL capitan) but Thi smessages keeps getting back. 

I tried the keychain, and there is any device autorized so can't deauthorize... I 'd like to open some borrowed e-books from the library. 

CAn someone help me please? 🙂
