Activationproblem

I try to activate my ereader but there is constantly a error but not with a errorcode

I tried to deactivate and to remove the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept but always the same problem.

My other ereader was activated on an other computer. Can this cause the problem. And the main question then how can I fix it
