Add Authorization

I have Vista on my computer.  This computer has ADE authorized to the previous user.  ADE won't let me download ebooks on the computer because it has the previous owner's ADE authorization.  I tried uninstalling ADE and reinstalling it to get rid of the previous authorization, and this did not work.  How do I get the old authorization off ADE and put mine on it?
