Add eBook Vendor in Adobe Digital Edition

Ebook publishers can be an ebook vendor in ADE. In other words, "PHI Learning" name can also be in the drop down menu when ADE asks to authorize it and the option to choose ebook vendor is shown.

I am ebook publishers .

What is the process to add eBook Vendor in dropdown. please suggest
