ADE 2.0 crashes every time I try any task. Have deleted, rebooted re-installed 2X. Has not deleted old ID's soi that old and new ID's run through Nook and SD card. Won't download books, doesn't translat .acsm

ADE crashes as soon as I try any task. Has retrieved older ID's and uses them and gets mixed up (duh). Nook and SD card have different ID, causes problems downloading purchased books. Authorized device will not open DRM-protected, purchased books. De-authorization and completed delete, re_installation has not helped
