ADE 3.0 and 4.5.11 won't page up /down or scroll

It's been months that I've been trying to fix this issue.

I used to run it under Windows 10 without problems. After a system reset I can download files and open but the scrolling and leafing through is deactivated. I have tried to re-authorize, uninstall, reinstall. ADE 3.0 as well as 4.5.11. Still the same result. I keep reeding that people meet the same problem, never found a post with an actual solution.

ADE is useless to me, but it 's the only way I can access certain documents for my studies. HELP!
