ADE 3.0 download link leads to support page

I'm trying to download ADE 3.0 form my mac since my ebook reader only works with that version.

Everyone points to here to get it:  https://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html

At the bottom of the page is this:  Download Digital Edition 3.0 here.  The "here" is a link but when clicked, it leads to here: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/digital-editions.html,

This is a support page with no download files.  Tried this on several browsers and get the same problem.
