ADE 4.5.12 keeps on 'not responding' when I try to enter my id
My microsoft laptop was reset recently and I have lost the autofill for ADE. When I try to type my email address, I get a message that ADE is not responding.
When I click on the URL download from Kobo it brings up the ADE screen but I get the same response.
I also tried to continue without authorisation but ADE stopped responding.
I uninstalled ADE and reinstalled it. Same problem. I contacted Microsoft who looked at the issue via QuickAssist and told me I needed to speak to Adobe.
I have Windows 10 and cannot upgrade. I also have an old ACER that has just been reset with windows 10 and I get the same problem. Adobe support gave me this link. I have been trying for hours now and hope somebody might know how to solve this problem.
