ADE 4.5.12 PC version fails to open file

Hello,

ADE shows a blank screen after it loads. ADE 4.5.12 PC version fails to open all acsm and epub files. ADE constantly crashed. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall numerous times. Please help. Thanks.

After reading other posts, I tried to delete the "My Digital Editions" folder, and it worked.
