ADE 4.5.13 crashes at start on windows 10 since June 2025

It keep on crashing since 4 months now without any solution. I'm forced to use an obsolete and unsecure version of ADE ( v3.0). It looks like Adobe do not want to solve the software problem and this is very disappointing.

Is there maybe somewhere an alternative solution available?
