ADE 4.5

I had ADE 4.5 loaded on my WIN 10 PC. Today it would not open. I removed it and attempted to install from Adobe online site. It appears to have loaded but will not open. I then loaded ADE 4.0 successfully. This is the first problem,

This is the resulting second problem: I then loaded onto ADE 4.0 my converted Kindle Epub books. Upon trying to read them on ADE 4.0 I get the message: "The ebook has decrypted the TXT file just save 20% of ebook context. Please register the software...….."

I never had this problem previously. All my converted Kindle ebooks would load properly.

Please advise how to solve the upgrade to version 4.5 and the solve the 20% context saved.
