ADE 4.5 fails to show EPUB cover image in library

I created an EPUB 2.0 with InDesign CC 2014 on a Mac, and ADE 4.5 fails to show the cover image in the Library. iBooks has no such problem, but ADE is the standard I must use. Any ideas out there?
