ADE 4.5 Won't Scroll

I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. When I scroll down the image will not change, even though the page numbers at the bottom change. If I minimize and then maximize, the image will refresh and I can see the new page. This makes the software unusable. I have uninstalled and re-installed, though that didn't help. I have also tried using ADE 3.0. That also didn't solve the issue either. I am using Windows 10 on a brand new Samsung Flex 2.

I ve the problem, ... I don't know what to do ! and no way with adobe support , as they xrote to me "There's no support, because this soft is free !" free but we are obliged to used it .../. Crazy !

I contacted Adobe with the same problem and they referred me to the "Community form (sic)". Great customer service! NOT! Will be ditching this software.

I face the exact same problem with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on my brand new Dell Inspiron Windows 10 Home Single Language Edition and am looking for a solution. The page does not scroll or change whatever you do only the page number at bottom changes. Same problem if I install ADE 3.0 as well. Uninstall and reinstall does not help either. Appreciate all help in getting it resolved.
