ADE Adobe Digital Editions error with displaying of cloud library books

my cloud purchased books are no longer coming down to ade app on my mac ox ventura (latest updates to 10/24/24)

i've gone through the obvious steps. what points of view can you all share with me to resolve this issue if you please?
