ADE Adobe ID

Hi,

I have access to my ebooks on old laptop but when want to read them on the new one it prompts me for Adobe ID and password. I cannot remember my credentials and email address I think I would use is not associated with the account. Is there a way I can check what is my Adobe ID so I can use it on new machine?
