Hello, I have Window 10 as OS. And I buy a ebook to use ADE, however when i want download it a error appear: E_ADEPT INTERNAL, So what is the problem, windows 10, ADE or this ebook. Please I pay this ebook twice, I need some answer and support for this SO.

Yes, tried it, but it doesn´t work, i don´t know what to do. Who have to resolve this problem? The people what i buy the book??
