ADE authoritzation of Kobo doesn't work

Hello Support,

i got a new notebook and installed ADE. When I connected it to my Kobo E-Reader there was a problem. So i tried to deauthorize and reauthorize it. Deauthorization went well but it didn't let me reauthorize. I got an error window, that said "You cannot authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that has been used before to authorize other devices. Try again." Trying again did not help. So now I'm a little lost.

What can I do?
