ADE Authorization Limit Reached?

Does anyone know how I can get old authorizations taken off my account for devices I now longer own?  I tried going through chat for help but they sent me here and told me ask about here.  There used to be a way to contact Adobe for them to reset the authorization limit, but I cannot find the info any longer
