ADE Authorization not working (password or login ID incorrect)

So this must be a technical issue. I'm typing in the correct information to authorize with my Adobe ID but it just says it's incorrect. I can login to my adobe account on the website with the ID and password so I'm not typing in the incorrect information. It just doesn't work. Please help.
