Question

ADE authorization on MAC PRO linked to an old email address and unable to remove authorization

How can I remove an old ADE authorization on my MacBook Pro that is linked to an email address that does not exist anymore? I suspect that this authorization was migrated from an older laptop to my newer Mac (2019).

Every time that I install ADE on my new MacBook Pro it automatically link to an old email address that is no more active. My current Adobe ID is not linked anymore to this old email, when I try to deactivate the ADE authorization, it does not recognize my current email linked to the Adobe ID or the password.

Do you know how I could contact Adobe directly to fix this or do you have a solution ?

Thanks so much for your help !
