ADE Authorization problems

I am trying to authorize my computer in ADE 3.086137 and keep receiving an error message.  I am running Windows 8.1.  The message received is code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY.  Digital Editions encountered an error on the activation server.

      Was able to fix this problem and now have authorization.
