ADE blocked by proxy or firewall on business domain

Hello,

When regestering a computer with ADE (Adobe credentiels login) , the connection with the server fails.

I'm not in charge of the servers on our domain, but I'd like to give my higher IT folks a guideline on how to resolve our problem (public library that needs to keep in the Wind).

Does ADE use any particular protocol or port, that could be set into the proxy or firewall exceptions?
