ADE cannot conect to activation server

hello everyone it seems everyone was pretty smooth when they use ADE for the first time, but me, i was trying it for the first time yet i cannot authorize my computer it said like this

strange thing is i already disable firewall and everything, and my internet connection work like a charm for any softwares,

yet sometimes i try to click try again rapidly multiple time and sometimes it shows this,

but the thing is the authorizing take like one hour and not even finish and i believe it is still error,

anyone can help me?cause it is frustating i borrow some book at e-library for my thesis and i cannot open it but i really need it really ASAP
